Yes, every user added to your account is considered a billable user. Each plan includes a set number of users, and additional users may require purchasing additional seats.
How many marketing contacts are included in my plan?
Each Fello plan includes a set number of marketing contacts. You can store up to 10 million non-marketing contacts for free, but only marketing contacts receive automated campaigns and data intelligence. You can purchase additional marketing contacts at any time.
